Refrigerated

We can only deliver refrigerated items to some areas. Please contact the store for details.

If your delivery requires more than 2 days from Melbourne we cannot deliver refrigerated items due to the risk of spoilage. This may alter during summer months. Refrigerated items will be despatched on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays only.

Please ensure the delivery address will have someone available to refrigerate the order immediately upon arrival (home/work or neighbour). It is essential that these products are refrigerated straight away to avoid spoilage.

Please include daytime contact number on order form.

There is an additional $7 fee for refrigerated products. They will be packed in foam boxes with ice packs.
