This is the authentic stock used for slow cooking meat,chicken and fish in Chinese restaraunts adding a wonderful rich flavour.Transforms cheaper cuts of meat into gourmet meals. Great for marinading ribs. Foods carrying a gluten-free claim must have been tested and found to contain no detectable gluten. By law, however, the manufacturer is still required to list all ingredients, which can cause confusion, when wheat is listed as an ingredient. Gluten is first completely removed from the wheat flour.
