This Bread mix can be used with a Panasonic SD257 Bread Maker on the Rye setting. It can also be used in any other bread maker: Run on Basic Mix, turn off and let rise for 1 hour in the machin. Then take out and bake in the oven for 50 minutes at 215 degrees celcius.
