Ingredients:

Water, tapioca starch, brown rice flour, potato starch, sunflower oil, psyllium husk powder, yeast, sunflower seeds (3%), Linseed (3%), cellulose fibre, dextrose, millet grain, poppy seeds (2%), humectant (vegetable glycerine), millet flakes, sugar beet fibre, dried egg white, stabilisers (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, xanthan gum), maize flour, salt, caramelised sugar syrup, emulsifiers (Polyglycerol esters of fatty acids mono and di-glycerides of fatty acids), sugar, citric acid. Made in a factory that handles nuts
