Lowan Rice Flakes 500g

With the goodness of 100% wholegrain brown rice this is a great start to the day
Low in salt
So easy to make just place 1/2 cup of Lowan rice flakes and 3/4 cup of water in a bowl and place in the microwave on high for 2 minutes. Add 1/4 cup cold milk and serve with honey and dried or puree fruit.
