Melinda's Tuscan Style Risotto Cakes 430g
Made in two easy steps, these risotto cakes can be customised any way you like. Top with lashings of Philly cream cheese, prosciutto or olives, use muffin tins to make them bite sized and add romana cheese for an extra flavour burst.
