To browse products by Categories

1. Click on the Product Categories on the left of the screen.
2. The page will display all the items in this Category and may also show more Sub Categories. Click on the Sub Category to show more specific results.

 

Note: the Product Finder page allows more browsing options (see below)

 

To filter products by Intolerance

1. Select/Tick your preferred intolerance's on the Select Intolerance's box (located on the top right hand side of most pages throughout the site). You may choose as many intolerance's as needed.
2. When you have finalized your selection, click on: Apply to set intolerance's.

 

 

To Hide or Show products by Intolerance's

1. If you check the box Hide products I'm intolerant to, all products that match your intolerance's will be hidden.
2. If you do not check the Hide products I'm intolerant to box (unchecked by default) you will still see the products that you are intolerant to but these products will be grayed out and the Add to Cart button will be coloured red. If you click on the red Add to Cart button you should see a warning message alerting you that you are trying to purchase a product you are intolerant to. We know that many people still want to buy other products for the family and this option allows you to shop for everyone while being careful not to buy items for yourself or other family members that may suffer from intolerance's.

 

To Search for products

1. Go to the Product Finder page or use the quick Search box (top right on all pages) 
2. You may browser through products by Category and/or Manufacturer (Narrow by Category, Narrow by Keyword) and you can also add a search term if needed (Narrow by Keyword)
3. If you have selected an Intolerance's these will also be reflected in the Product Finder page

 

To Order

1. When you have found a Product you wish to buy click on the Add to Cart button (Some products will not have this but instead have a Phone Order button - these can not be directly ordered from the site - see below)
2. Your item will be immediately added to the shopping cart and you will be taken to your Cart page to view your order detail. You may click Keep Shopping if you wish to add more items to your Cart
3. Your can view and modify your order details at any time by clicking the Cart button (top of the page)
4. When you are ready to complete your order click on the Checkout Now button (from the Cart page)
5. Login if you already have an account with us or enter your details to sign up for a new account.
6. Follow simple instruction and complete your ordering details.
7. Towards the end of your order process you will be prompted for your credit card information, please complete all the necessary fields including the CVN number (3 or 4 digits on the back of your card). Please be assured that all credit card transactions are handled securely to the payment gateway and no sensitive data is stored on the site.

Phone Orders

We stock a range of products that require refrigeration. Many of these items are listed on the site but you are not able to buy them directly online. In these circumstances you will see a Phone Order button instead of Add to Cart. If you click on Phone Order you will see the store phone number and some other information about shipping of refrigerated goods.

 

Refrigerated items have to be specially packaged and can only be shipped reliably to certain areas within Australia. Please phone the store to discuss options for these items and see if it is possible to deliver to your location.

Shipping Fees

Enter your Country, State and Postcode details in the Shipping Estimate Box (Cart page top right) and hit the Go button. This will return live shipping fees from Australia Post based on the weight and size of your order.
