This website has been put together with a lot of care and hardwork. However, we are human and sometimes make mistakes. We advise you to thoroughly check LIST OF INGREDIENTS and FOOD INTOLERANCES when you order. For fructose friendly ticks, research is constantly changing and if there is any doubt in our minds that a food is not fructose friendly we will not place a tick next to it. For diabetic friendly ticks we have only chosen sugar free products and some foods with a higher protein content than carbohydrate. We have not based ticks on GI as it is too difficult to control portion sizes consumed and individual dietary needs. If you see any mistakes please do not hesitate to contact us. We also welcome feedback on any aspect of our website to make your shopping experience easier.
Delivery Information
Refrigerated
We can deliver refrigerated items to some areas, however you will need to allow an extra day for postage. Please contact the store for details.
Due to the risk of spoilage if your delivery requires more than 2 days from Melbourne unfortunately we cannot supply. This may alter during summer months.
Parcel needs to be signed for on delivery and sent to an address where it can be refrigerated immediately (home/work or neighbour). It is essential that refrigerated products are refrigerated immediately to avoid spoilage.
Please include daytime contact number on order form.There is an additional $7 fee for refrigerated products (which will be included automatically on your shipping fee). They will be packed in foam boxes with ice packs.
Normal
All other deliveries will be Monday-Thursday. Deliveries may be delayed subject to stock availability and freshness. You will be notified of delays exceeding 8 days.
Out of stock policy
On the rare occasion that we are unable to provide a specific product, we will hold your order until stock arrives or refund your credit card if the item is out of stock for an extended period of time.
Timeframe
Estimated delivery time will range from 4 to 10 days depending on locations.
Pick up
Should you wish to pick up your own goods, please inform us of the day, date and time you wish to pick up your order. Please put this information on your order form.
Backorders
Sunnybrook does not take backorders for products which are out of stock. We apologise for any inconvenience, but urge you to phone the shop to find out when we are expecting the item back in store, or for advice on alternative products.
Returns and refunds
We endeavour to provide you with the highest quality goods available. If you find that your goods were damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can assess the situation. If warranted, we will provide you with a refund up to the purchase price of the damaged goods. We may organise for the return of goods before the refund is approved. Notfication of damaged goods or refund requests must be made no more than 24 hours after the goods have been received by you.
