GLUTEN FREE SCONES

INGREDIENTS:
225g Orgran gluten free self raising flour
150ml thickened cream
150ml ice cold water
1 tablespoon castor sugar
Pinch salt

METHOD:
Pre heat oven to mod/hot (205c)Mix all ingredients, knead gently (do not work dough too much)
Press out dough to approx 1.5cm thickness
Cut scones (about 6) using floured cutter
Place on baking tray in preheated oven
Cook for approx 12 minsServe with butter/jam/whipped cream
