GLUTEN FREE TRIFLE:

INGREDIENTS:
1 gluten free cake (Swiss roll is ideal) can be purchased
Gluten free custard powder
500ml dairy, soy or rice milk to make custard
2 packets of jelly of choice made and set ahead
Large tin of fruit of choice in natural juice (not pineapple as this prevents the jelly setting)
Liquor (optional. would need to check if gluten free)

METHOD:
Alternate layers: (2 or 3 layers of each)
Slice gluten free cake and line 30cm dish
Sprinkle cake with liquor (optional)
Fruit with a little of the juice
Custard made according to directions
Chopped jelly
