Click on the Product Categories to browse all categories 2. If you wish to select on Sub Categories (move your mouse over categories and a pop up menu will appear with list of sub categories) and click on your preferred Sub Categories. 3. If you wish to select on Brand (move your mouse over subcategories and a pop up menu will appear with list of brands) and click on your preferred Brand. Please note: You may click on Product Categories / Sub Categories at any time, without having to limit your preferences to brand selection. To browse products by your preferred intolerances: 1. Select/Tick your preferred intolerances on the Select Intolerances box located on the left hand of this page. You may choose multiple preferences. 2. When you have finalised your selection, click on: Click to Apply to set intolerances. 3. Browse Product Categories to find products with your preferred intolerances. This setting will be set for the whole session. If you wish to change your intolerances please go back to step 1 and apply the same procedure To order: 1. Select the quantity and click on the BUY button. 2. Your item will be automatically added to the cart. Your cart details will be displayed on YOUR CART box (located on the top right of the page). 3. When you finished shopping click on the CHECKOUT button (located on the top right of the page). 4. You will be taken to the list of your cart details. You may edit your shopping list by adding quantity or removing products. When you are ready to finalised order, click on CHECK OUT button (located at the bottom of the page). 5. Login if you already have an account with us or sign up for a new account. 6. If you choose to pick up please inform us of the day, date and time you wish to pick up your order. Please put this information on your order form. 7. Follow simple instruction and complete your ordering details. (First page will be your billing and shipping details and second page will be your payment details. All credit cards details on the payment page will be secured using 128 bit SSL for your peace of mind. You should see yellow padlock on the bottom right of your screen) For Refrigerated goods: Parcel needs to be signed for on delivery and sent to an address where it can be refrigerated immediately (home/work or neighbour). It is essential that refrigerated products are refrigerated immediately to avoid spoilage. Shipping fee Click on Shipping Quote button upon checkout to find out your shipping fee. Enter your postcode and your preferred shipping method. Shipping fee will be calculated automatically upon checkout depending on total weight and your delivery area. Refrigerated items will incur $7 extra fee to cover foam box and ice packs. Please choose non-refrigerated item(s) if you wish to lower your shipping fee. To Search 1. Search box is located on the left hand of the page (under select intolerances box). 2. Type in your keyword and click submit. FAQs I forgot my password. What should I do?
