However, we are human and sometimes make mistakes. We advise you to thoroughly check LIST OF INGREDIENTS and FOOD INTOLERANTS when you order.If you see any mistakes please do not hesitate to contact us. We also welcome feedback on any aspect of our website to make your shopping experience easier. Delivery Information Please note that refrigerated items will incur $7 extra fee to cover foam box and ice packs. Please choose non-refrigerated item(s) if you wish to lower your shipping fee. We deliver nation wide for all non refrigerated product. Refer below for refrigerated goods. Refrigerated Due to the risk of spoilage if your delivery requires more than 2 days from Melbourne unfortunately we cannot supply. This may alter during summer months. If unsure please order and we will advise you by return email. These will be despatched on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays only. Parcel needs to be signed for on delivery and sent to an address where it can be refrigerated immediately (home/work or neighbour). It is essential that refrigerated products are refrigerated immediately to avoid spoilage. Please include daytime contact number on order form.There is an additional $7 fee for refrigerated products (which will be included automatically on your shipping fee). They will be packed in foam boxes with ice packs.Information on refrigerated/normal shipping type will be displayed on your shopping cart. Normal All other deliveries will be Monday-Friday. Deliveries may be delayed subject to stock availability and freshness. You will be notified of delays exceeding 3 days. Out of stock policy On a rare occasion when we are unable to provide a specific product, we will try and contact you. We can hold your order until stock arrives, or provide you with credit towards your next order. Timeframe Estimated delivery time will range from 1 to 5 days depending on locations. Pick up Should you wish to pick up your own goods, please inform us of the day, date and time you wish to pick up your order. Please put this information on your order form. Returns and refunds We endeavour to provide you with the highest quality goods available. If you find that your goods were damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can assess the situation. If warranted, we will provide you with a credit towards your next order for the purchase price of the damaged goods. We will organise for the return of goods if credit is approved. Returns will not be accepted 24 hours after the goods have been received by you. |
